What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the engineering organization
- Identify and prioritize critical process issues in collaboration with engineering leadership
- Continuously ship quality products by writing well-organized, testable, and scalable code
- Collaborate with Product Management to design and implement major features from concept to launch
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale software solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated capability in shipping high-quality products and features
- Ability to mentor other engineers in effective design patterns and software implementation
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation within the Engineering department
- Expert-level experience with Ruby on Rails, Golang, or similar technologies
- Strong expertise in public cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and database technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with container orchestration
- Proven track record of driving improvement and delighting customers
- Passion for automated software testing to ensure product quality
