What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable web applications
- Lead the resolution of critical performance bottlenecks and ensure seamless integration with backend services
- Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and implement optimization strategies
- Drive the tech strategy for the Commercial Insurance organization, aligning it with business goals
- Mentor and coach team members to strengthen technical expertise and foster professional growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on performance optimization
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience with architecture and design
- 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
- 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Visionary thinker with a proven track record in leading software development in complex organizations
