What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
- Integrate third-party interface engines to facilitate data exchange between healthcare systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in best practices for AWS development and cloud security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of the platform post-launch

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong proficiency in Go programming language
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Proven experience in building and deploying cloud-based SaaS solutions for clinical interoperability
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
