What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engineer, design, implement, and test Salesforce solutions, including writing specifications and coding
- Develop dynamic web applications using HTML, CSS, and the internal Javascript MVC framework
- Lead a team of approximately 10 CRM Engineers, both onsite and offshore
- Collaborate with Architects and Product Management to understand business needs and technical objectives
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience with end-to-end implementations on the Salesforce platform (especially Sales Cloud)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in development technologies such as Apex/VF, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript
- Experience with API technologies and Integration/Middleware tools like Kafka and Informatica
- Familiarity with Release Management, Source Control, and CI/CD concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS and Data Engineering
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like TableauCRM and MicroStrategy
- Background in Advertising Sales, Media, and Entertainment
- Salesforce Certifications such as "Advanced Administrator" or "Platform Developer II"
- Experience with Data Modeling
