      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical leadership for cybersecurity program strategy and software development
      - Lead design, development, and delivery of security solutions for Vulnerability Management initiatives
      - Conduct advanced research and develop proofs of concept to enhance security capabilities
      - Mentor peers and team members in security technologies and enterprise solution design
      - Influence and educate partner teams to promote sustainable security systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of professional software engineering experience in building large-scale distributed systems
      - At least 4 years of experience in a tech lead role focusing on architecture and design
      - Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for a minimum of 4 years
      - Strong knowledge of industry-standard security tools and frameworks including MITRE, CIS, and NIST
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or equivalent education with work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Cybersecurity domain, particularly in Vulnerability Management Engineering
      - Professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP)
      - Familiarity with open-source frameworks for at least 3 years
      - Ability to design, implement, deploy, and operate systems to solve complex security problems
      - Specialization in modern programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or C#
