      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive Tech Business Operations initiatives within Learning and Development for tech associates or execution of the Technology Development Program for entry-level engineers
      - Liaise with various stakeholders, including corporate teams and leadership, to achieve shared business objectives
      - Define, create, and support reusable and scalable business processes
      - Conduct deep dive analyses to inform business decisions and ensure tracking of key metrics
      - Mentor and train team members while sharing best practices across teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Business Operations in an enterprise-level setting, preferably in a tech environment
      - At least 6 years of experience in project or program management within a technical context
      - 4 years of experience in the People domain of Business Operations, specifically in Learning and Development or entry-level development programs
      - Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
      - Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional business operations programs and projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing impactful relationships at all levels to influence and drive change
      - Significant understanding of best practices in Learning and Development or entry-level development programs
      - Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
      - Proven experience leveraging analytical skills to optimize business performance
