      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive Tech Business Operations initiatives to optimize business performance
      - Liaise with various stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives in Learning and Development and Technology Development Programs
      - Define, create, and support scalable business processes
      - Conduct deep dive analyses to inform strategic business decisions
      - Lead solution design sessions to enhance operational efficiencies across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Business Operations in an enterprise-level setting, preferably in a technical environment
      - At least 6 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a tech environment
      - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional business operations programs
      - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
      - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent education or work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the People domain of Business Operations, specifically in Learning and Development or entry-level development programs
      - Proven track record of developing impactful relationships at all organizational levels to influence and drive change
      - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and pivot quickly based on shifting priorities
