What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or higher in relevant field
- Extensive experience in customer-centered research techniques
- Expert knowledge in planning and executing research studies
- Portfolio of work showcasing impactful research
- Ability to mentor and champion research discipline

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years' work experience in customer-centered research
- Master's degree or PhD
- In-depth knowledge of user interface design and usability evaluation techniques
- Experience with online surveys and qualitative research techniques
- Expert presentation skills for technical topics
