      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain non-employee records, systems, and reports to support Talent Acquisition efforts
      - Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators and Recruiters to provide quality clerical and customer service
      - Collect and manage data to ensure successful onboarding of unpaid volunteers and interns
      - Complete files and documentation related to recruitment and staffing processes
      - Assist with assigned special projects to improve operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant recruitment/staffing and human resources experience
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Bilingual in Spanish preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in onboarding processes or volunteer management
      - Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
