What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor staffing outages and execute strategies to ensure infusion centers are adequately staffed with qualified personnel
- Communicate staffing outages with urgency to discuss coverage options internally
- Maintain communication regarding outages with corporate nursing, client services, and regional nurse managers
- Serve on an after-hours on-call rotation for the staffing hotline
- Verify employee timecards for accuracy and manage department operations related to payroll and accounting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or recent related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex situations utilizing critical thinking skills
- Experience in staffing or operational management within a healthcare setting
- Commitment to maintaining employee confidentiality related to personal or health concerns

- Previous experience in staffing coordination or human resources within the healthcare industry
