      About The Role

      Based within the HR department, as a Staffing Specialist at FTI Delta, you will work under the guidance of the Staffing Manager to work extensively on the staffing, talent management and performance management of our consultants. This position is ideal for innovative, collaborative and motivated professionals who are eager to apply their analytical skills in a dynamic, real-world setting.


      What You’ll Do

      As a Staffing Specialist, you will liaise with Partners/relevant stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and make recommendations accordingly (based on business requirements, consultants skills, experience & preferences, utilization rates, visa requirements, client conflicts, etc). You will also communicate staffing allocation to consultants, create and distribute formal staffing communications to relevant parties and support the Staffing Manager to prepare weekly staffing meeting, KPIs, staffing dashboard and staffing forecast reports. In addition, your tasks include analyzing data, summarizing findings through various formats and facilitating team discussions. Your responsibilities extend to managing your workload efficiently, meet deadlines, communicate progress and develop skills through ongoing feedback. This role demands strong analytical abilities, effective communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

      Basic Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
      • 2+ years of proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, VLookUp, Formulas)
      • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
