      Scope of Missions

      Trade Marketing

      • Adapt the Global Marketing Plan to meet regional priorities for Makeup & O/S.
      • Develop efficient 360° platforms to support newness & catalogue activations on Makeup & O/S.
      • Coordinate the roll-out of the brand Philanthropic activities (UNICEF & POR) .

      Catalogue Management & Forecasting – Makeup & O/S

      • Define Department store product regional assortment .
      • Contribute to sales projections & forecasting bi-annual waves for new launches.
      • Support EMEA markets throughout the novelty forecasting process (saleable, tester, sample, visual merchandising) and provide BH with pre-forecast quantities for Skincare launches
      • Newness Pricing Strategy.
      • Assist S&OP Team on stock rotation such as end of life cycle and POSM monitoring.
      • Manage the WSB in partnership with Supply team and share updates with markets on a monthly basis.

      Customer Journey Retail Excellence

      • Propose customer journey improvements in a department store environment.
      • Finetune the EMEA Cabin/SPA strategy and work closely with the markets to maximise fill-rate.
      • Work on an improved Synactif Customer Journey based on WW CPB & Ultra-Premium best practices .

      Visual Merchandising

      • Deliver Staging Guidelines for the region .
      • Coordinate with affiliates to make sure novelties are well implemented.

      • 2 years of experience in the luxury cosmetic goods trade marketing
      • Creativity
      • Entrepreneurial spirit

      • Good communication and interpersonal skills
      • English proficiency
