      Overview

      We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a SOP Writer/Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills and experience in writing enterprise-wide standard operating procedures.

      Responsibilities

      • Provides support with writing and editing standard operating procedures across the enterprise supported by the program management office (PMO).
      • Works closely with our leadership team to understand our business processes.
      • Creates Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) based on information received from business partners.
      • Write clear and concise SOPs that will guide team members in their day-to-day operations.
      • Continuously review and updates SOPs as necessary to ensure they stay current and effective.
      • Ensure that SOPs are written in a user-friendly format and provide clear guidance to team members.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to SOP development and documentation.


      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
      • Previous experience creating SOP's and facilitating a SOC-1 audit
      • Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
      • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and initiatives.
      • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear and concise SOPs.
      • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., private equity, traffic enforcement) is a plus.
