      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enforce content guidelines by moderating flagged content and addressing tickets related to spam, copyright issues, and content violations
      - Efficiently manage moderation queues, ensuring accuracy while handling a high volume of tickets daily
      - Suggest improvements to policies, procedures, and tooling to enhance team effectiveness
      - Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Partnerships to address complex user issues
      - Provide specialized enforcement support for high-profile users and publications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, threat disruption, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
      - Ability to handle a high volume of content and manage queues efficiently
      - Strong commitment to free speech and alignment with the employer's moderation philosophy
      - Proficiency with tools like Zendesk and moderation software
      - Independent, proactive, and able to make sound decisions under pressure
