Requirement Description:

The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) Information ServiceNow Delivery Team and specifically, the ServiceNow product.

This position will function as a highly skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer within the Department of Information Technology. Potential projects include:

• Externally-facing consultant evaluation system

• Service Catalog item development

• Third-party application implementation assistance

• Custom solutions for internal customers

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding experience (Ex. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, JellyScripts, etc.)
• 3+ years ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting API’s (Ex: GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.)
• 3+ years experience building custom workflows
• 3+ years experience building custom UI pages using HTML/CSS/AJAX
• 3+ years HTML/CSS/AJAX development experience
• 3+ years role/group-based ACL’s configuration and debugging
• 1+ years’ Service Portal development (Ex: Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJs)

Desired Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ITIL V3 Foundations Certification
