This position is responsible for assisting assigned Superior Court Judge in performing administrative legal work.

• Performs legal research and analysis;
• Prepares legal memorandums, briefs, pleadings, and related documents, and reviews and discusses points of law with judges and attorneys;
• Tests theories presented by attorneys and reviews law on specific subjects, at the judge's request;
• Attends court activities, at the judge's request, and consults with the assigned judge and other judges and attorneys; and
• Performs other assigned duties.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law;
• No experience required;
• Or equivalent training, education, and/or experience; and
• Valid State of Georgia Driver’s License.
