  STEM iDEAS – Rotational Leadership Development Program

  If you’re looking to develop your technical and leadership skills, at Danaher, you can accelerate your career in just 30 months.

  In our STEM iDEAS Rotational Leadership Development Program, you’ll jump into two year-long projects followed by a 6-month project that’s either international or outside your functional/technical area. Along the way, you’ll gain access and exposure to some of the brightest minds on the Danaher leadership team, have the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments and present your work to technical and operating company leaders. And when you’ve completed this unique, fast-track program, you’ll be positioned for a more expansive role at one of our 20+ Operating companies.

  
  Our program offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, specialized personal and professional training, mentorship, as well as skill building in the Danaher Business Systems, (DBS). We use DBS to guide what we do, measure how well we execute, and create options for doing even better. Simply put, DBS is who we are and how we do what we do.

  Danaher’s STEM iDEAS program has the following opportunities;

  Interns:

  • Masters: Science related majors with an emphasis in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biology, Engineers (Biomedical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Chemical Engineers), Data Science, Software Engineering, Robotics/ Automation
  • PhD: Science related majors with emphasis in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biology, Engineers (Biomedical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Chemical Engineers), Data Science and Robotics /Automation

  Full Time:

  • Masters - Science related majors with an emphasis in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biology/ Immunology, Engineers (Biomedical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Chemical Engineers) Software/ Hardware Engineers, Robotics and Automation
  • PhD – Science related majors with emphasis in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biology/ Immunology), Engineers (Biomedical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Chemical Engineers) Software/ Hardware Engineers, Data Science and Robotics & Automation

  • Diagnostics: Sunnyvale, CA., Vista, CA., Miami, FL., Chaska, MN
  • Product Identification: Wood Dale, IL
  • Water Quality: Loveland, CO., Richmond, VA., Bellevue, WA
  • Life Sciences: Indianapolis, IN., Loveland, CO.,

  Qualifications:

  • High performing Undergrad, Masters and PhD level students with an interest in STEM field
  • Candidates who not only possess the right educational background, but also a passion for solving innovative business problems as well as our determination to succeed.
  • Geographic flexibility within region/country
  • Work Authorization:
