What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, including hiring and supervising staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and fast, friendly service
- Maintain bookkeeping and merchandising tasks
- Execute food program standards and display urgency and leadership
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree(s) preferred
- Retail experience with supervisory or management experience
- Skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff
- Ability to handle cash and bookkeeping responsibilities
- Physical ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift/carry up to 30 pounds
