What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the store manager in daily operations and staff shift management
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff
- Manage inventory control, product ordering, and loss prevention strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or as a sales associate
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage inventory
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
