What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the Store Operations Manager is not present
- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff
- Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires in the manager’s absence
- Support the Store Operations Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
- Prior experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to utilize MS Office, Word, and an Applicant Tracking System
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States
