Your Role You're fully responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store. You'll teach, coach and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow's leaders. You'll work with the store Assistant Managers closely, so select people well for that position.

You're also responsible for all the details. Here's a hint, if you hire, train and develop great people, the details are a lot simpler! Those fun details are meeting store goals and metrics, developing great relationships with our customers and growing the business, the important audit and compliance work that goes with retail operations.

Open availability is a must, since you'll be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. A High School diploma or equivalent is needed to apply for this position. A combination of college credits and customer service experience isn't necessary but you'll find it helpful. We'd like to see at least five years of progressively responsible retail experience, but if you can demonstrate your awesome leadership, relationship-building and coaching skills, great skills with technology, and that sense of drive and purpose that comes with an awesome leader, that's helpful. We're also going to look closely at your ability to communicate throughout the time we get to know one another. Also, you'll need reliable transportation and valid current auto insurance in order to perform some leader roles.
