What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet and assess the needs of wholesale and retail customers, offering tailored solutions
- Mix, tint, and match paint according to customer requests
- Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order processing
- Ensure the store is clean and stocked with paint and other products
- Process customer orders and payment requests received in-person, by phone, online, and/or email

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record
- Strong customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Familiarity with paint products and color matching
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
