Lead Sales & Drive Revenue: Contribute to sales directly while coaching and supporting your team of Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to meet and exceed their individual goals.

Optimize Patient Schedules: Keep treatment volumes high and support same-day sales conversions, ensuring patients receive top-tier care.

Boost Return Revenue: Leverage CRM data to cross-sell, up-sell, and spearhead "win-back" initiatives that bring patients back.

Ensure Brand Excellence: Uphold LaserAway’s brand standards, ensuring the clinic is immaculate and staff adhere to company protocols.

Enhance Patient Experience: Regularly monitor and improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS), responding proactively to social media reviews to maintain a 4.5+ rating.

Manage Staffing & Operations: Coordinate staffing needs with regional teams to match patient demand while optimizing labor utilization.

Oversee Inventory & Equipment: Manage inventory, handle product orders, and ensure equipment is always in top condition.

Mentor & Develop Talent: Provide feedback and coaching to in-clinic staff, collaborate with HR on employee relations, and foster a high-performance culture.

Engage the Community: Build relationships with local businesses to strengthen LaserAway’s presence as a key community member.

Proven leadership experience in sales and business operations, with a track record of hitting metrics and goals.

About The Role:
Are you a driven, sales-oriented professional with a passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience? As a Location Director, you’ll take ownership of every aspect of our clinic operations, from driving revenue growth to creating a welcoming, high-performance environment.
Compensation: Competitive base pay of $66,000 to $85,000 plus commission and revenue shares - a total comp package of $115,000 to $134,000 annually!
