What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise on Patch Management and Remediation services to clients
- Proactively identify customer needs through data analysis and engagement to recommend solutions
- Support the sales cycle by engaging with internal teams and ensuring successful solution delivery
- Execute consulting projects by creating deliverables and meeting client obligations
- Collaborate with peer practice leaders to optimize cross-practice capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
- Minimum 5+ years of client-facing experience in complex security engineering projects
- Strong understanding of patching and securing core infrastructure within organizations
- Proven knowledge of group policies, VMWare, cloud solutions (Azure or AWS), and Active Directory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ITIL v3 Foundations, or AWS certifications
- Experience with vendor solutions like Microsoft, Ivanti, or Puppet
- Familiarity with Powershell and automation scripting
- Demonstrated ability to lead demand generation and marketing efforts
