      Current Need:

      Our Customer Management Team is growing in Richmond, VA. We are currently seeking a new Strategic Account Representative (SAR) to support large corporate account activity.

      Job Description:

      As an established part of the Customer Management team, the SAR partners closely with the customer, sales and other internal strategic teams in support of McKesson's Primary Care Corporate Account Customers. The SAR team is assigned to McKesson’s largest customers across Extended and Primary Care. P artnering externally with the customer and internally with McKesson’s subject matter experts, the SAR role is designed to support daily activities critical to the customer experience . These activities include but are not limited to, inventory reviews, data reporting needs, and account creation.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Acts as primary customer contact fo r d aily customer activities

      • Partners with the Sales VP to represent customer goals with internal stakeholders

      • Utilizes data to help customers better understand their business and opportunities with McKesson

      • Tracks open customer issues and partners with other back-office teams on timely resolution

      • Prepare and monitor reports such as : back order reports, pricing discrepancies, licensing expirations, contract renewals, cost savings, other reports as needed

      • Attend customer meetings and deliver progress updates on key initiatives and goals

      Minimum Requirements:

      2 + years relevant experience

      Critical Skills:

      • 2+ years’ experience with client/customer management

      • Intermediate (Strong) proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint)

      • 2+ years of experience preparing, managing and presenting customer reporting

      • Experience managing customer procurement with supply chain teams knowledge strongly preferred

      • Experience in managing excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders

      • Excellent abilities in managing competing priorities while balancing the needs of customers

      Additional Knowledge & Skills:

      • Solid understanding of the medical surgical industry with a comprehensive knowledge of customer service policies, practices and systems preferred

      • Energetic self-starter with a passion for customer experience

      • The ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers and co-workers

      Education:

      • HS Diploma or equivalent required

      • 4 year degree preferred

      Physical Requirements:

      • Large percentage of time performing computer based work within an office setting

      As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $54,800 - $91,300
