      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary point of contact for managing day-to-day contract activities for large multi-million-dollar accounts
      - Collaborate closely with account managers, customers, vendors, GPOs, and project management teams
      - Proactively communicate account health and progress on GPO and contract connections
      - Drive processes to manage account health in compliance with service level agreements
      - Monitor and analyze process workflow and account activity to ensure service level expectations are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Requires 0-2 years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, administrative sales support, or customer service
      - Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPS)
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze information to resolve complex issues
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contract management
      - Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and/or contract processes
      - Salesforce experience
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
