What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and update strategic planning templates and communications
- Update strategic roadmap and assigned dashboards/tracking mechanisms
- Define strategic planning processes, priorities, and measures of success
- Coordinate with peers across the organization to execute a holistic strategic planning process
- Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources, and key initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Five years of strategic planning experience in a similar environment or planning/consultant role
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Annuity financial services experience
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma methodology
