What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become an expert on Affirm's international and new markets, analyzing historical performance and predicting future outcomes
- Design and deliver scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics for cross-departmental use
- Support the Finance team in developing automated financial forecasts
- Assist in the development of automated user, merchant, and financial forecasts
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to optimize growth in users, volume, revenue, and unit economics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion and drive to disrupt the lending and financial industry
- Strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity
- 2+ years of experience in analytically-driven roles
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python
- Experience using standard Python analysis packages and production-level IDEs
- Experience using DBT or similar data transformation tool
- Experience using Looker or similar BI tool
- Excel modeling experience is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
