What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development of financial and operational reporting and strategic analysis for private equity-backed companies
- Contribute to the design and implementation of reporting and forecasting models
- Communicate and interface with key stakeholders, including C-suite and private equity teams
- Support the development and deployment of actionable plans to meet expectations and communicate results
- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, profitability analysis, and data management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient use of applicable technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting/advisory or corporate FP&A, preferably with middle-market private equity
- Intermediate knowledge of BI Tools or Data Analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong business acumen and ability to present finance concepts effectively
