      UNRL is actively seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager dedicated to developing key partnerships to advance our business goals and support mutual growth. This role involves identifying, planning, and executing partnership opportunities, negotiating with partners, and maintaining client relations. We're in search of a highly organized individual with high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize projects in a fast growing environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a knack for problem-solving and a proactive attitude towards identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities.


      Responsibilities:
      • Drive established revenue goals through partnerships
      • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners through regular communication, meetings, and networking events
      • Identify potential partners that align with UNRL's goals and target markets
      • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to scale growth, along with individual sales plans, and a pipeline of opportunities and resources needed
      • Develop and execute strategic plans for each partnership to maximize value and achieve mutually agreed-upon goals
      • Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and mutual benefits
      • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand UNRL's partnership base, including prospecting, lead generating, and pitching
      • Oversee the management of existing customers ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities are maximized
      • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience
      • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback using insights to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly
      • Leverage sales analytics to increase sales and improve efficiencies
      • Provide internal teams with customer sales activity and forecasting
      • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product, supply chain, and finance to align partnership activities with overall business objectives
      • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results
      • Lead culture of customer focused mindset

      Requirements


      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, marketing, or sales
      • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and brand awareness
      • Strong understanding of the fashion industry, competitive landscape and market trends
      • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, wholesalers, and other brands
      • Ability to identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the brand's objectives and target market
      • Experience in creating and executing partnership agreements, including contract negotiation, terms, and conditions
      • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to measure the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement
      • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, supply chain and finance
      • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
      • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative partnership strategies
      • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and e-commerce platforms, with a focus on leveraging partnerships to drive online sales
      • Ability to travel as needed for meetings, industry events, and partnership activations
      • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting revenue projections for partnership initiatives
      • Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of consumer behavior and preferences in the clothing industry
      • Skilled in project management across platforms including Microsoft Suite, Monday.com, and various internal systems within our organization
