      Overview

      World Travel Holdings is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst. In this remote role, you will make data-driven recommendations on the most important and challenging strategic questions across the company to help drive continued growth and profitability across all divisions. The Strategic Planning Analyst role offers broad exposure to senior leadership and big-picture company strategy, while also providing the opportunity to work closely with business leaders on the design and implementation of key strategic initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President of Strategic Planning and will work cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Service, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.

      Responsibilities

      • Become a trusted expert on our business, providing deep insights into our products, services, key data sources, and strategic priorities.
      • Apply strong business judgment and analytical frameworks to inform critical decisions, leveraging diverse data sources and cross-functional perspectives.
      • Tackle big-picture strategic questions such as:
      • What are our biggest growth opportunities?
      • Which investments will maximize our long-term impact?
      • How can we improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our strategic initiatives?


      Qualifications

      • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or business analytics/strategy
      • Bachelor's degree required in business, finance or related; master's degree preferred
      • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset
      • Ability to work effectively with large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights from imperfect information
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
      • Travel industry experience is a plus
      • Highly organized, able to balance competing priorities and respond nimbly to evolving business needs
