- Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal partners to support and respond to business needs including progress of functional goals and other functional process improvements.
- Partner with GDO Strategic Planning & Operations team to explore alignments in cross-functional processes and find innovative solutions that elevate the strategic values of Global Development Operations.
- Collaborate with GDO Functional Head to support organization wide initiatives including creating and managing organizational communication and staff engagement plans.
- Establish fit for purpose expense management strategies to support planning, tracking and reporting in Anaplan. Work closely with Finance partners to ensure appropriate budgeting process.
- Ensure adherence to corporate training and compliance requirements.
- Provide staff operations support including headcount management, open headcount/requisition tracking and reconciliations to ensure the best resource allocation aligned with the organization’s strategic direction.
- Manage organizational meetings including All-Staffs, Joint Leadership Teams, cross-functional collaborations and global operating reviews.
- Requires strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills
- Project management certification is preferred
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools is a plus
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations
- Working knowledge of professional services suppliers, and outsourcing business models and tools
- Budget and project management experience preferred
- Biopharmaceutical industry experience
- Some understanding of clinical trials process
- Strong computer literacy, including word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills particularly in a cross-functional environment

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
Or
Master’s degree and 2 years of Project Management or leadership experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Project Management or leadership experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Project Management or leadership experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Project Management or leadership experience
