What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, goals, and creating detailed project plans
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including Product, Legal, Compliance, and Data Science to align on goals
- Support the examination process, from pre-exam questions to management action plans
- Create consistency and improvement in processes and tools for the team and partners
- Maintain relationships with state and federal regulators and respond to regulatory requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of project or program management experience
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Proven track record in leading project teams
- Experience building successful large-scale programs
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks
