What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Target and prospect new clients for Corporate Food Services in the Southwest region
- Develop new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract execution
- Handle proposals and RFPs with both internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve financial goals and business development growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the service industry, preferably within hospitality or food services
- Proven experience in employing sales strategy plans and traditional prospecting techniques
- Ability to manage complex deals with long sales cycles, up to 24 months
- Strong contract negotiation skills and financial acumen
- Highly effective organizational and self-management skills

- Experience dealing with executive-level clients and building relationships at that level
- Familiarity with the food service or hospitality industry
