What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with management to identify project teams and ensure buy-in for sourcing initiatives
- Guide project teams through the Strategic Sourcing process and keep senior management informed of progress
- Lead the development and execution of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Conduct vendor evaluations, bids, and coordinate vendor demonstrations and reference checks
- Negotiate contracts and prepare documentation for Executive Sponsors regarding sourcing outcomes and savings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, particularly with supplier contracts
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Supplier Contracts
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Contract Negotiation
- Familiarity with procurement trend analysis and risk management processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and executing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in a financial services context
- Background working specifically for banks or financial institutions
