What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support clients and internal teams by answering contract-related questions and providing data entry/management support
- Maintain data integrity of contract databases and other management tools
- Administer and maintain supplier files to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Track correspondence and authorizations by keeping detailed and accurate records
- Engage in RFPs and other strategic projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong analytical ability
- Proficient in all MS applications, including Outlook and Excel
- Experience supporting real estate, facilities services, or supply chain management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in procurement, risk management, or contract compliance
- Familiarity with Jaggaer & Corrigo technology platforms
- Background in commercial real estate or facilities management
