What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategic sourcing and vendor engagement processes, documenting business requirements and identifying potential third-party vendors
- Manage IT vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation and contract execution
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to drive value for the organization
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to fulfill business requirements in contract management
- Oversee renewals and contractual amendments, enforcing contract policy compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration
- 5-7 years of experience contracting with IT or Professional Services vendors
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience with Procure to Pay systems, such as Coupa
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of IT contracts, including Software License Agreements and SaaS Agreements
- Proven ability to work with a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across various organizational levels
