What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and capacity
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers and vendors, ensuring contracts are clear and accurate
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective sourcing strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field/experience
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two (2) years of experience with electronics component sourcing
- Professional certification in supply chain management or related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites, warehouses, tradeshows, and/or distribution centers as needed
