      Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist

      National Salary Circa £56,400

      London Salary £60,000 - £70,000

      We have a fantastic opportunity for a Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist to join our supportive and tenacious team. This is a great job for someone with experience of designing and implementing workforce planning processes and procedures!       A bit about the job:

      This role supports the design and development of our strategic workforce planning activity across the business, working with a broad range of internal stakeholders to embed our new direction and ensure alignment with our strategic and financial priorities.

      • Support the strategic workforce planning activity, focussing on embedding a newly developed approach and organisational capability
      • Partner the business with the ongoing creation of the Aviva workforce of the future 'blueprint’; providing expertise and delivery capability in interpretation and use of external market trend organisational data as well as internal analysis
      • Support the Heads of People to provide strategic workforce planning expertise to senior leaders which facilitate the creation of business area strategic workforce plans
      • Lead the delivery of the strategic workforce planning work across the business including the build of tools and change management to ensure adoption
      • Work closely with the People Analytics team translating business objectives into data requirements and building analytical solutions to solve the business problems

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Ability to think and operate with a strategic mentality, with experience in identifying and understanding the organisation’s strategy and goals, and understanding how to translate these into talent and capability needs
      • Senior level stakeholder engagement along with effective verbal and written communication
      • Able to understand and interpret a wide range of quantitative and qualitative data and insight, drawing clear and objective conclusions which lead to practical and actionable recommendations
      • Strong change management skills with proven ability to navigate a highly complex environment
      • Naturally curious and eager to learn seeking out new knowledge through cross-functional collaboration

      • Starting salary of Circa £56,400 (National) and £60,000 - £70,000 (London) depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
