What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Global Ingredients business leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve strategic challenges and provide solutions
- Develop and establish an annual learning/data plan for the business unit
- Identify key market and consumer trends and develop insights to inform business planning
- Manage relationships with agency and research partners to improve the quality and impact of insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, business analytics, and/or strategic planning
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven collaboration, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities
- Experience with leveraging panel and retailer scan data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ingredients or F&B sales background
- Relevant experience in strategic business planning
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
- Client and Supplier side background
- Regional and/or global experience
