      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the organization by gathering, organizing, formatting, and analyzing various forms of clinical and organizational data
      - Assist in creating and maintaining data gathering systems for demographic and clinical data
      - Analyze data to determine trends, discrepancies, or other project-specific information
      - Compile reports for various internal customers, grantors, and external agencies
      - Develop reports and dashboards to support clinical and revenue initiatives long-term

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, statistics, experimental research, data science, reporting and analytics, economics, or public health
      - Epic certification required within 6 months of hire
      - Must meet the employer's Epic pre-assessment criteria

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with data analytics tools and reporting systems
      - Familiarity with clinical data and healthcare reporting processes
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
