As a Strategy Delivery Lead you will actively cooperate with and support the Swiss Re leaders in achieving strategic goals of the Location and their must-wins. The role offers exposure to a broad variety of strategic topics and projects with the scope to make a visible impact. We therefore need a self-starter who focuses on solutions and can drive initiatives, challenge, and convince partners and leaders across the organization. Ideally, you should be able to detect and raise problems and relevant topics in a complex organizational set-up. Senior stakeholder management and exposure is key to the role. In this role, you will work with a team of strategy & delivery professionals and / or project managers, whose purpose is to support and expedite strategic projects and location development initiatives and also support our business partner's to achieve their goals

Key Accountabilities:
• Actively support the Bratislava Location Head and Strategic Development lead by driving, coordinating and/or managing multiple Strategic initiatives addressing topics like sustainable growth, location development, branding, leadership enablement, location governance, etc.
• Speed up our journey towards being a Data & Tech hub
• Deliver C- suite level analysis, insights and papers that enable key decision making
• Enable Swiss Re Bratislava's journey to be a Centre of Excellence by proactively identifying areas of impact and actively contributing to making the growth of the location sustainable.
• Participate in and support cross functional communities and teams to deliver on high impact initiatives, engagements and strategic themes for Swiss Re
• The role will have shades of Community Engagement and Communications
• Provide consulting expertise and program management to business leaders on off-shoring topics and their goals
• Any other ad hoc tasks as the need arises from time to time

About the Team:

You will be part of the Bratislava location's Strategic Development Team which is part of Swiss Re's Group Data and Tech Organisation which is driving Swiss Re's digital and technology agenda.
We enable SR Bratislava's journey towards becoming a Centre of Excellence (CoE) to Swiss Re Group by shaping the strategic agenda and direction of the center's journey working with the location head and senior business leaders in the location. The team also drives various strategic initiatives and key projects that deliver the needed impact and must wins for Swiss Re Group and are essential for the location's development.

About You:

• 8+ years of work experience, with some years of strategy and / or program management
• Broad exposure and hands on knowledge of Project Management, Organizational Change management, People leadership, Business Process Improvement in an international environment is key
• Exposure to Business solutions centres and/or the financial industry and people leadership will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Technical/Business Administration University degree

• You possess strong influencing skills with the focus on developing lasting partner relationships in a multi-cultural work environment.
• You are result oriented individual who can navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
• Certifications in project and/or change management is an asset.
• Experience in Consulting would be a significant advantage.
• People Leadership experience in a multinational company will be advantageous.
• Ability to understand the 'big picture' and translate requirements into daily operations and excellent presentations skills are precondition for your future success.
• You can work in a dynamic environment and actively adapt to changes in objectives in response to changing business needs.
• You are structured and well-organized professional with good analytical skills.
• You demonstrate high level of integrity and maintain confidentiality whilst working on key topics.

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 3 000 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
