What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform complex structural analysis and design calculations for building and non-building projects
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, EIT's, and BIM designers
- Establish and maintain corporate relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders
- Handle multiple projects at different phases of design
- Adapt to MBI project standards and team protocols

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- 5-7 years of structural engineering experience
- P.E. or S.E. license in ID required
- Proficiency with various engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with structural design codes and requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Experience with UFC and UFGS Facilities Criteria
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members
