What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and detail efficient, code-compliant structures of high quality
- Serve as Project Manager or Project Engineer on various projects, focusing on live events and entertainment
- Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development for ongoing projects
- Manage project costs through effective planning and prioritization
- Conduct site visits as needed for project assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated growth in project management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license
- Proven ability to manage successful project teams and complex projects
- Strong client relationship experience and ability to travel for site visits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with theme park and live event projects
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit) software
- Previous experience in business development practices
