STRUCTURAL WELDERS NEEDED IN NEWPORT NEWS, VA WEEKLY PAY $38hr

A nuclear shipyard company seeking structural welders with industrial/commercial experience. Looking for welders that have 4+years in this field. If you have a

Shift:

• Must be open to working any day of the week
• Will be working 5 days a week
• Need to be open to working all shifts 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Pay/Per diem:

• $38hr
• $120 per days worked

Description:

• On a shipyard doing structural welding

Work environment:

• Candidates will be required to work in confined spaces both on board naval ships and in a shop environment.
• Candidates will also be required to climb up and down ladders and stairs.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years in industrial or commercial welding
• Must be proficient in mig, stick, and flux in all positions
• carbon arc gouging
• Must be able to pass an X ray test
• Fillet and butt welds
