      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with management of the department email inbox, including responding to inquiries and sorting incoming emails
      - Process and verify application documents to support the admissions process
      - Maintain confidentiality of student information while using databases and systems
      - Support overall operations of the Graduate Admissions Office through various administrative tasks
      - Engage in light data entry, document scanning, and other general office duties as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Entry-level position with little to no experience required
      - Must be a student with a Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current school year
      - Ability to work during standard business hours (M-F 8am-5pm)
      - Willingness to undergo a background check due to access to sensitive information
      - Strong communication skills for interacting with students and office guests

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in administrative roles or customer service settings
      - Familiarity with database management or office software
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
