What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Keep track of tasks that need to be completed for the office
- Manage data tracking processes and create new data management plans as necessary
- Assist in preparing the office to transition to a CRM system
- Manage tracking and communication for event sign-ups and send out promotional emails
- Conduct research for future initiatives and track applications to the program over time

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled UW-Madison student
- Proficiency in Excel and understanding of data management
- Ability to document processes and manage file organization
- Strong writing skills and comfort with sending emails
- Familiarity with Google Docs and the ability to visualize data flow

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM systems and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of tracking metrics and calculating KPIs
- Ability to brainstorm and contribute to innovative ideas for the office
