Job Description
- Req#: R-23086
- Offer support and resources to help students navigate challenges related to their academic journey
- Act as a point of reference for students providing accurate information on academic policies, university regulations, program requirements and other important procedures
- Conduct advising sessions to offer students relevant academic advice
- Ensure accurate data processing and update in the university’s systems and files
- Utilize technology to support enrolment goals
- Keep track of changes in degree programs and requirements and advise students accordingly
- Work towards the achievement of set targets according to organizational goals
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s Degree will be considered a plus
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficient knowledge on MS Office tools
- Customer-focused, collaborative personality excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as time management skills

Student Advisors are responsible to provide students with advice/information on Academic and Personal issues throughout their studies at European University Cyprus.
