What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Coordinate activities for other student employees, fostering teamwork and collaboration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience or knowledge in a student assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a professional environment
- Knowledge of target bird species, including their sight, sound, and behavior
- Ability to traverse steep terrain and conduct fieldwork in varying conditions
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude in outdoor settings
