What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from external stakeholders regarding energy and water reporting compliance
- Assist in maintaining the Energy Commission's building and energy efficiency database through data collection and analysis
- Prepare concise replies to inquiries related to building benchmarking and compliance
- Conduct internet research and analyze various regulations to support staff regulatory efforts
- Aid in outreach and education by preparing documents and updating web content

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a college student in good standing with a minimum GPA of 2.0
- Enrollment in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
